This week, I interview my talented, witty, and beautiful Catholic friend, Dolores Diaz.  Dolores is a freelance editor, writer, and avid reader. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature with minors in Theology and Journalism from the University of Notre Dame. She loves riding her Harley around the city, and on any given weekend you can catch up with her playing drums in the coolest bars on the east side or downtown Austin.
