Here is what I will be doing:
I am so excited to announce that I will be traveling to Israel in February on an Adventure of Love! I will be going with Global Celebration Ministries and during our time there, we will minister to the local refugee camp, bringing love and joy to the families and children there. We will also get to visit wounded soldiers in Tel Aviv and bring food packages to the widows, whose families have been torn apart by war. As soon as I heard about this trip, God gripped my heart and told me to go!  Here is the Scripture God has laid on my heart for the trip:

“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is on me; because the LORD has anointed me to preach good tidings to the meek; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; To appoint to them that mourn in Zion, to give to them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.” Isaiah 61:1-3

The National Catholic Singles Conference is coming up September 27-29th.

Join over 500 single Catholics at the 12th NCSC! Guest presenters include internationally known speakers: Byzantine Catholic priest, artist and iconographer, Fr. Thomas Loya; Damon Owens, Director of the TOB Institute; Emily Stimpson, author of The Catholic Girl’s Survival Guide to the Single Years; Daniel Mattson, and Lisa Duffy.  As usual, the conference will include socials, Mass, time for prayer and a dance on Saturday night.  Stay through Sunday night and socialize with fellow NCSC attendees during the post-conference events.
