The Road from Deputy to Deacon
Dolores joins me again as my witty, edgy co-host. This week, Deacon Guadalupe of Saint Mary Cathedral tells us about the Feast of Corpus Christi, including a procession through Austin. Then, he tells the story of his spiritual journey, from teacher, to pro-life worker, to Sheriff’s Deputy, and his calling to become a permanent Deacon. Then Regis Martin reads a poem from Gerard Manley Hopkins, with music by virtuoso Eric Genuis. It’s another installment of in-your-face-Catholicism, delivered with love

Engaged to a Catholic
This week on the big show, my buddy James joins me as sidekick host. We interview my friend Graham, who was raised agnostic, but who goes to Mass more than most Catholics. He talks about his family and journey and what it’s like to be engaged to a Catholic. It’ll be a big non-fat Catholic wedding!

A Tale of Two Katies
This week on the big show, Katies Martin and Fujarski laugh it up with Joe and his co-host, Joe! It’s Joe squared plus Katie Squared (strictly speaking, not entirely algegraic). Katie opens up about her life and faith, including her devotion to Jesus and Mary. So does Katie! Also, Regis Martin reads a poem by Joyce Kilmer, “The Robe of Christ”, with Eric Genuis providing background music. It’s another installment of in-your-face Catholicism

True Confession about BLR Addiction
Ok, I’m not sure if I should admit this publicly, but I might be addicted to Bad Lip Reading’s version of “Morning Dew”. It was Jen Fulwiler’s blog where I first stumbled across it, so it’s mostly her fault, I suppose. It might possibly be the best video I’ve ever seen…or not.
